The accomodation will take place at the bordering municipality of Titaguas. The organization has secured accommodation for the conference, which will be offered to the first 120 registered delegates at no extra cost. All the accomodation has hitherto selected in two venues.

Cosmofísica hostel

Located in Titaguas, the Cosmofísica hostel is a "scientific" hostel where the guest can enjoy several activities for children and families focused on a range of science, including a tiny astronomical observatory over the roof. The compartments have couchettes and there are share bathrooms. Participants should bring their own sleeping bag and towels, but sheets and towels can be provided for an extra charge. Breakfasts will take place each morning on the same building.

Centro Hípico Bulerías

Close to Titaguas towards Alpuente is the Centro Hípico Bulerías, a beautiful horse riding centre in the middle of a good-nature environment. Centro Hípico Bulerías has several wood cottages well-equiped and conditioned. Participants should bring their own sleeping bag and towels, but sheets and towels can be provided for an extra charge. Breakfast will take place each morning in every cottage.

In addition, the organization will provide an affordable transport from each accomodation to the conference hall.
